2026 State of Iowa Hand Corn Husking Competition

- Monthly Breakfast is held the fourth Sunday of every month 8am till noon. Holiday dates may vary. With rising food costs, the Board of Directors asks that you consider that the breakfast events are our main fund raisers for the year. A special thanks to all who have supported our Breakfasts over the years.
- Membership Drive Jan through March 2026
Members can join at any time. Member fees are $10 for an individual or a family membership is $15. - Volunteers are needed to be museum hosts:
The museum needs volunteers to open/ host the museum Thursday 10a – 2pm, Friday 10a – 2p, Saturday 10a – 2p, and Sunday 12p – 4p. Please consider being a host. For more information contact Bill McGrew at 712-370-7150 - CORN BOIL Sunday July 12, 2026 at the Indian Creek Museum. The corn boil and grilled pork chop dinner starts at 5 PM for a freewill donation. Please consider that this a fund raiser for the Museum when making your donation. Thanks for supporting the Indian Creek Museum.
- Corn Husking 2026 The state of Iowa hand cornhusking event was held at Indian Creek Historical Society Saturday September 19th.

- Antique tractor pulls will be held at the Museum July 31st & August 1st as well as September 13th.
